The company is fully insured (Public Liability insurance £1m and Employer’s Liability insurance £10m) through Morton Michel. Certificates are available.

All team members that go into schools are either waiting for their CRB certificates from the CRB, are CRB checked through the company (via CAPITA), or hold valid and recent CRB certificates already. All certificates are available on request.

We are a company limited by guarantee, company number 7610880. We incorporated on 20 April 2011, with The Registrar of Companies for England and Wales.

Our logo and company name has been registered on the Trade Marks Registry, no2620133 as of 30 April 2012.
